One of the best kept secrets of Windows is the triple-click when editing data.

  • One left click = move the editing cursor
  • Two clicks = select the current word
  • Three clicks = select all the current field / line

The triple-click is really useful in Herschel when you want to (for example) copy a line of description from one partnumber to another, especially if you also utilise a right click to open Herschel’s handy copy / cut / paste menu.

Note the triple-click also works in Word etc.
