If your company pays for support from Herschel Systems, you’ve probably received an email saying we’re not charging for support for the months of March and April 2020.
We’re now extending this free support period to include May and June 2020.
If you have any problems with your Herschel software (whether you normally pay for support or not) please email details to email@example.com
Your problem will then be automatically entered into our Freshdesk support platform – we’re monitoring this as normal.
We will be invoicing for July 2020 maintenance at the start of August 2020.
