When Herschel becomes a crucial part of your business, we’d recommend our Premier Support option.

This gives you support, but with a rapid 1 working hour response time.

As well as email support, you’ll also get direct phone and text access to a Herschel expert for the most rapid response to your problem.

We’ll fix your data if it becomes corrupted and you’ll also get free document customisation.  Premier Support customers get any Herschel upgrades early, before they are publicly released.

If necessary, we’ll also be able to remotely access your computers to diagnose and fix problems quickly.

You can get help and advice from the moment you purchase support.


You’ll need to add VAT to our prices.  Our working hours are Monday-Friday 09:00 to 17:00 UK time. We use the award winning cloud-based Freshdesk platform to manage our support.

We’re sure you’ll enjoy using Herschel and be completely happy with the level of support you’ve chosen. So sure in fact, that once you’ve signed up for support, you can cancel it at any time and we’ll refund 100% of your support payments for the last twelve months.
